Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  • Important: Unauthorized returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original, unused condition and return it to the provided address.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee for returns.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If the return is due to an issue with the product, we will cover the return shipping fees.
