  • Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, ensuring it’s in its original, unused condition, and ship it back to the provided address.
  • Restocking Fee: We are pleased to inform you that there is no restocking fee for returns.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If the return is due to an issue with the product, we will also cover return shipping fees.

Refund Process

Exchanges
